Moncton NB – Are you an engaging storyteller with a positive, energetic vibe and great sense of humour? Habitat for Humanity Moncton is seeking a Master of Ceremonies (MC) for their 2nd annual Chairs for Charity fundraising event, scheduled to take place on November 22, 2018 at the Dieppe Arts and Cultural Centre.
We’re looking for a candidate who will make this year’s event fun and entertaining for all of our guests! The ideal MC will possess the following qualities:
Experienced public speaker
Bilingual ( conversational / chiac )
Good sense of humour
Quick witted & good at improvisation
The chosen applicant will be be responsible for setting the tone of the event and will oversee the live auction portion of the fundraiser. The MC will work collaboratively with the auctioneer, and engage with the audience throughout the evening. In advance of the event, we hope to enlist the help of the chosen MC to complete short video interviews with our 2018 designers.
